AMRAP

- RX -
AMRAP 25 with a partner:
50 single-DB box step-ups split with your partner(20/20 in) (20/35 lb)
50 single-DB forward lunges alternating each rep with your partner (20/35 lb)
100-m single-DB carry at the same time
- Carry the dumbbell anyhow.

- INTERMEDIATE -
AMRAP 25:
50 single-DB box step-ups  split with your partner(20/20 in) (15/25 lb)
50 single-DB walking lunges alternating reps with your partner (15/25 lb)
100-m single-DB carry at the same time
- Carry the dumbbell anyhow.

- BEGINNER -
Every 5:00 for 5 sets with a partner:
20 box step-ups split with your partner (12/12 in)
15 walking lunges alternating every rep with your partner
100-m jog at the same time
- Rest with the remaining time in the 5:00 interval.
