20 synchronized burpees
200-m farmers carry
- Split lunges. Do carry and burpees together.

- INTERMEDIATE -
3 rounds for time with a partner:
30 single-DB reverse lunges (35/50 lb)
20 synchronized burpees
200-m farmers carry
- Split lunges. Do carry and burpees together.

- BEGINNER -
3 rounds for time with a partner:
12 single-DB reverse lunges (25/35 lb)
12 synchronized burpees
100-m farmers carry
- Split lunges. Do carry and burpees together.

- MASTERS 55+ -
3 rounds for time with a partner:
30 single-DB reverse lunges (20/35 lb)
20 syncrhonized burpees
200-m farmers carry

Post-workout

Accumulate:
10 DB Turkish get-ups/arm
