24 handstand push-ups

- INTERMEDIATE -
AMRAP 25 with a partner:
1,200-m row
48 sit-ups
16 handstand push-ups

- BEGINNER -
AMRAP 25 with a partner:
800-m row
24 sit-ups
12 pike push-ups or seated dumbbell shoulder presses (10/15 lb)

- MASTERS 55+ -
AMRAP 25 with a partner:
1,200-m row
45 sit-ups
16 pike push-ups from a 2-in riser
- Scale up to a 20-in box if able.
