30 pull-ups
- run together, split kettlebell swings and pull-ups.

- Intermediate -
5 rounds for time:
800-m run
20 kettlebell swings (35/53 lb)
20 pull-ups
- run together, split kettlebell swings and pull-ups.

- Beginner -
5 rounds for time:
600-m run
20 kettlebell swings (15/25 lb)
20 jumping pull-ups
- run together, split kettlebell swings and pull-ups.
