As you may or may not have heard recently the state of Ohio has shut down all fitness centers and gyms beginning Tuesday, March 17th. We regret having to temporarily close the gym but hope this is just a short term fix while COVID-19 is contained and controlled. We will continue monitor the guidelines set the by the state of Ohio and will reopen the gym as soon as the state deems appropriate.
We hope this will only apply for a few weeks but should this last longer and extend into April we will stay in touch with you the Queen City CrossFit Community. We thank you and appreciate your understanding and support.
We will continue to post workouts that can be done online, so as to quote Matt Westerfield, “them gainz won’t be suspended”.
